Speaking to the Rotary Club of Leicester Novus\u00a0\u2014 whose president Gemma Kiddy played a major part in re-forming Leicester Rotaract\u00a0\u2014 Luc explained that after graduating from the University of Leicester, he wanted to gain a broader circle of friends. He Googled social clubs, found Leicestrer Rotaract and has never looked back.With president Ricky Hallam, Luc is working on many plans to increase membership of the Rotaract Club of Leicester.<\/p>\n

The club is for people aged 18-30 who want to work with friends for the benefit of others while having fun and developing skills like project management, thereby making themselves more attractive to potential employers.<\/p>\n

Among Luc’s plans is RIBS \u2014 Rotaract In Business.\u00a0Inspired by the Rotary Club of Leicester’s Meet 4 Business\u00a0\u2014 the aim is to get employers of young people to encourage them to join Rotaract.<\/p>\n

Another aim of Luc is to issue certificates to encourage committed, active and regular members of Rotaract.<\/p>\n

In thanking Luc for sharing his thoughts, Gemma expressed the view that Luc deserved to succeed because he is a model Rotaractor, full of a desire to be fully engaged, committed and passionate.
