Adrian McGreevy, Managing Director of Beaumanor Engineering, invited his fellow-members of the Rotary Club of Leicester Novus to his firm in New Star Road.
Joined by Rodney Spokes, from the Rotary Club of Leicester, and by guest Jason Chauhan, they learned that the company stocks 27,000 lines ranging from 4mm olives for joining high-pressure pipes and costing a few pence to Reinold Max fire extinguishers, for which Beaumanor has the exclusive UK distribution rights.
Aided by his finance director Rakesh and their colleague Charlotte, Adrian gave each of his guests one of the fire extinguishers, which works by compressed air and which can be used on most kinds of fires. But the treats did not stop there.

Charlotte demonstrated how the company uses dye-sublimation printing to give customers personalised gifts. Each of the visitors was given personalised high-vis Rotary jackets for use when on Rotary activities. They also received a personalised mug and coaster. While they watched, Charlotte engraved their names on ball-point pens.
Sarita Shah was particularly attracted by a teddy with a freshly-printed Rotary which she took on the club’s next service project… collecting outside the Mirch Masala restaurant in Belgrave Gate for Rotary’s End Polio Now Campaign.
